Dr. Alexandra is a Chiropractor and Certified Functional Medicine practitioner whose unique holistic approach is transforming people’s lives. She believes in the body’s ability to heal itself. Her innate disposition to service awakened her interest in becoming a doctor at an early age. During her years as an undergraduate student, Dr. Alexandra had an accident that limited her physical mobility, mental performance and overall health. Chiropractic was the only treatment that allowed her to achieve a full recovery sparking a profound passion toward this field and integrative healing practices in general.

Her academic education includes a B.A. in Biology with a Minor in Pre-Medical Studies from The Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and a doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. She specializes in holistic care with special emphasis in Functional Medicine and has completed many hours of continued education in the topics of clinical & functional nutrition, applied kinesiology, neurology & brain health, emotional freedom technique, pregnancy and pediatrics, bio geometric integration chiropractic technique (BGI), among many other. Dr. Alexandra also completed an internship at True North Health Center a medical supervised waster fasting facility that leads patients to reversal of chronic diseases thru a Water Fast and a Vegan diet no salt, sugar or oil. In this place “Dr. P” got inspired in the healing arts of integrative medicine using food as medicine and mind-body therapies as a prescription to treat her patients. For her, the journey into our highest expression of wellness is an ongoing process that integrates the Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, José is a 2017 graduate of Parker University in Dallas, TX, where he earned his Bachelor of Science, Associate of Applied Science, and Massage Therapy Certificate — all with honors.

Licensed in Puerto Rico, José specializes in myofascial release, deep tissue therapy, and lymphatic movement. He works closely with the chiropractor, supporting patients through tailored treatment plans, while also providing standalone therapeutic sessions for those seeking relief in the muscular, fascial, and lymphatic systems.

José is known not only for his clinical expertise but also for his healing hands and calming presence. His sessions invite a deeper level of restoration, where physical therapy meets energetic care.

As a dedicated runner and athlete, José races for meaningful causes — most passionately for Multiple Sclerosis awareness, a condition he personally lives with.
